Alessia’s journey began at Western University, where she earned a
Bachelor of Arts with an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology. Her passion
for athletics and rehabilitative sciences led her to pursue further studies at
the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO), where she spent four years
deepening her knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the
application of classical osteopathic principles.
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, Alessia experienced
firsthand the transformative power of osteopathic care. Her recovery
inspired her to help others on their healing journeys by providing
personalized care that focuses on prevention, rehabilitation, and the body’s
innate ability to self-heal and self-regulate.
Alessia is committed to providing individualized treatment plans that restore
balance, improve movement, and support long-term wellness, helping her
patients feel and move their best.
